Stacy S. Heistand, AIF, QPA, QKA, QPFC Mobile

Stacy is a Consultant in our Harrisburg office with over 20 years of experience consulting on Defined Contribution and Defined Benefit retirement plans.

With more than 20 years of experience in the retirement plan marketplace, Stacy supports clients with investment advisory and retirement plan advice, from overseeing plan design to conducting employee education programs for plan participants, to advising individuals on wealth management. He began his career on the administration and recordkeeping side of the business as a retirement plans administrator with Merrill Lynch. He was responsible for the day-to-day servicing and annual compliance with multi-million dollar plans.

Stacy earned a B.S. in Finance from The Pennsylvania State University at Harrisburg. He is a Certified Financial Planner™ professional, Accredited Investment Fiduciary®, and member of the National Association of Plan Advisors through which he has attained the QPA-Qualified Pension Administrator, QKA-Qualified 401(k) Administrator, and QPFC- Qualified Plan Financial Consultant designations.
