Kathy Maki Mobile

Kathy Maki is the Office Manager at Asset Strategy Consultants. As the Office Manager, she manages the operations of the office while supporting the principals, consultants, and business development team.  She routinely assists with document preparation for clients and RFPs, handles compliance documentation and submission of documents to the SEC, and assists the accounting department.  She has over 30 years experience providing executive administrative support.  Kathy was previously the Director of Client Relations at a Private Wealth Management Firm, where she provided superior client service to all clients as well as providing support to the financial advisors.  She also gained valuable administrative experience working with an international family foundation and a small law firm.  Notably, she was also the co-owner of a residential construction firm where she managed the accounting and administrative duties for the company.
