Clark G. Frese, CPC, AIFA Mobile

Joining ASC in 2006, Clark is a Senior Consultant and heads our Harrisburg office. He is a Certified Pension Consultant (American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries).

With over 25 years of experience as a Retirement Plans Consultant, he focuses on helping employers structure the most efficient and effective retirement plans for their employees. Clark works in tandem with management and administrators on plan analysis, retirement plans, fiduciary audits, and plan design and employee education.

He has earned a BA Business Administration from Villanova University and earned his CPC from the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries. He attended the University of Pittsburgh and is an former agent with the Treasury Department.
