Andrew W. Conner, CFA

Based in the firm’s Hunt Valley headquarters, Andy is a Principal and Chief Investment Officer of Asset Strategy Consultants.

Andy has 20 years of investment experience, including twelve years as a senior member of the Johns Hopkins University Office of Investment Management, where he held leadership positions including Deputy Chief Investment Officer and Interim Vice President of Investments & Chief Investment Officer. His responsibilities at ASC include overseeing the firm’s Outsourced Chief Investment Officer (OCIO) effort and acting as the portfolio manager for those clients.

Andy holds a B.S. in Finance and an M.S. in Economics from Lehigh University in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania and is a CFA Charterholder. He has spoken at industry conferences, was named to Chief Investment Officer magazine’s 2016 Forty Under Forty list, and has published articles on investing in alternative assets in The Journal of Private Equity and The Journal of Alternative Investments.
