In 2002, after Alliance Benefit Group was purchased by Invesmart, Neil became manager of the Operations department
leading a team of 20 employees that were responsible for over 350 plans and $1 billion in assets.
In 2005, Neil became manager of the Software Testing department at Invesmart. He was responsible for managing the
testing process of all proprietary software as well as serving as a liaison with any third party software developers.
In mid 2006, Invesmart was purchased by The Standard. Neil joined a cross sectional team of 8 employees who were
responsible for the overall integration of the two companies. Neil’s responsibilities were focused on the integration of the
recordkeeping systems and the underlying data.
Neil earned a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Management from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. He is a member
of the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries through which he has attained the QKA-Qualified
401(k) designation.
