Bill earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Foreign Service (International Economics) from Georgetown University. A Master of Business Administration Degree (MBA-Finance and Management) was conferred by Marymount University. Moreover, Bill co-founded the law firm International Advocates and has been granted the honorary degree of Juris Doctor.

Other experience includes military service as a United States Army Ordinance Officer- Vietnam Era, and Adjunct University Faculty Teaching graduate and undergraduate courses in Investments, Portfolio Management, Accounting for Control, and Managerial Economics. Bill's primary focus is on the Association, Corporate and Medical organizations.

Bill is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP).
