Clark is an Investment Analyst in the Hunt Valley headquarters of
Asset Strategy Consultants. He is responsible for the analysis of
client statements.

- Charter Member and former President of the Retirement Administrators and Designers of
America (RADA)
- Charter Member and cofounder of The Alliance Benefit Group a national retirement
plans administrative and record-keeper firm consisting of 12 consulting firms throughout
the United States administering approximately 4,000 retirement plans.
- Purchased, managed and built a third party administrative firm over a 22 year period
servicing over 500 employers with more than 50,000 participants. The firm managed
approximately $1 Billion in assets when it merged with Invesmart, Inc.
- Former Regional President, head of East Coast offices and founding firm of Invesmart,
Inc., a national retirement plan administrative and record-keeper firm managing 4500
retirement plans servicing over 450,000 participants
- Former Chairman of the Healthcare Subcommittee of the Capitol Region Chamber of
Commerce
- Member Institutional Retirement Income Council (iricouncil.org) think tank studying
income solutions and guarantees for retirement plan participants in conjunction with a
number of other consulting firms
Over the last 20 years, Clark has addressed numerous organizations including accounting firms
and the Central Pennsylvania Society of CPA’s quarterly conference. He has also:
- Been approved as a continuous education speaker in the State of Pennsylvania for
attorneys and accountants based upon seminars he developed on retirement plan issues
and tax reforms in the retirement arena.
- Member, board of directors Investment Life Insurance Company and Partners Holding,
Inc (1987-1994), participating in the planning for the company to go public. (Currently
NFP ticker, NYSE)
- Featured speaker at 2000 NFP (National Financial Partners) National Conference
- Annual speaker for Retirement Advisors and Designers of America (RADA) on
retirement plan issues.
- Speaking resource in 2002 for several mutual fund families on tax law changes known as
EGTRA and GUST.
- Guest speaker on defined benefit plans for the American Society of Pension Actuaries
(ASPA) regional conference in Philadelphia.
- Former President for Retirement Advisors and Designers of America (RADA), a group of
25 independent consulting and advisory firms specializing primarily in retirement plans
